Adicione à massa: o óleo, o alho, a cebola, o açúcar e o sal. Coloque um pouco de leite para a massa não ficar muito grossa. Mexer bem e levar ao forno para assar por 15 minutos. Com a massa no ponto, é só dar mais uma mexida e começar a montar a Chica Doida. Primeiro coloque o jiló, depois o queijo e a lingüiça. Misture o creme de leite, um pouco do queijo ralado, 2 dentes de alho amassado , um pouco do tempero verde e reserve.&lt;br /&gt;Refogue o peito de frango, desfie e misture o molho de tomate e o restante do tempero verde.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Montagem&lt;br /&gt;Em um pirex arrume a metade da batata ralada e temperada, depois a mussarella e depois o frango. Colocar em uma panela para cozinhar até desmanchar.
